WORKSHOP

SERIES

Workshops are perfect for the busy family and student who would like a more short-term obligation, yet wants to experience the arts. Students meet each week and develop skills in a fun-filled, child-centered atmosphere. At the end of each session, students perform a workshop performance for family and friends.

PROFESSIONAL PAGEANT PREP

If you're looking for "Toddlers and Tiara's" this class isn't for you. However, if you are looking for a non-competitive course for girls that helps them to embrace and experience their beauty, inside and out as well as a place to develop the necessary skills to participate in pageant work, all taught by former Miss Maryland Shana Powell Oshira, then this is the class for you. Curriculum includes group activities such as a dazzling group dance number, as well as individual activities that lead them to define what they love about themselves and who they want to be in the future. The end course includes a Pageant Prep Showcase, a non-competitive place to demonstrate all of the positive elements of a pageant. Each girl receives a crown and certificate for participation.

Tuition: $100 for this six week course

Dates: Wednesdays January 11th through February 15th

ENSEMBLE CONSERVATORY ACTING

Home School

Our carefully designed, award winning curriculum has taken us over twenty five years to perfect. Students build their acting skills through games and exercises, study history, theory, scene study, improvisation, pantomime, monologue, how to audition and so much more. There is a reason why our program has so many successful graduates who are now attending the finest colleges and conservatories as well as working all over the world, making a living as artists.

Tuition: $80 for this six week course

Dates: Wednesdays January 4th through February 8th

Ages/Times: Ages 8-12 years/12-1pm

ADVANCED GROUP VOICE CONSERVATORY

Home School

This class is for the more serious stuent of the voice. Each class size is small to make sure one-on-one time is given to each student each week. Students prepare solos of their choice, group selections as well as arias all for their formal performance at the end of the session.

Tuition: $80 for this six week course

Dates: Wednesdays January 4th through February 8th

Ages/Times: Ages 8-12 years/1-2pm

"ANGELINA BALLERINA"

Our class is based on the Katharine Holabird classic story, as students learn beginning ballet steps, build sound fundamentals and combine creative movement and fun developmentally appropriate activities. This unique class sets the stage for sound skill building while allowing the child to explore the creative process of dance.

Tuition: $80 for this six week course

Dates: Wednesdays January 4th through February 8th

Ages/Times: 3-5 years/5:30-6:30pm
